View all the important statuses of your clients.
As a reseller it is key that you know what is happening to the hosting accounts of your clients. The Status tab was built to help make it easier for you to manage. Account: The account status is the overall status of the account. Typically it is set to "Active", but for example if an account does not get created fully, this will get set to "Inactive" At that point, you will need to either pay the past due amount or contact our support team to get the situation resolved. Bandwidth: Bandwidth, also known as data transfer is the actual amount of Web traffic that is passing through a Website. This should say "OK". If the indicator says "NOT OK", then you will need to increase the bandwidth quota available for that particular account. Disk Space Disk space, or storage space is the amount of files that you can store on the servers. Each hosting plan has a certain quota associated with it. If the status changes from "OK" to "NOT OK" , then you will need to increase your disk space quota. Billing The billing status shows you if the account is paid and up-to-date. This will turn into "NOT OK" once the account is past due. Spam Thee Spam indicator tells you if that account is accused of spamming and therefore has lost its ability to send outbound email messages through our email system. If this indicator shows "NOT OK", you will need to contact support to get the issue resolved.
